EASY LEMON PIE
1/2 stick soft butter
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
Remove the ends of lemon and thinly slice. Put in the blender. Pulse a few times and add butter. Pulse again and add eggs. Blend again. Add sugar and blend until smooth. Pour in a 9” pie shell and bake 45 minutes.
Chill and serve with whipped cream.
