Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard (Zippy Seafood Dip)

6 oz. Neufchatel Cheese or cream cheese
3 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
8 oz. crab or lobster, can use mock crab or lobster in chunks or flakes
salt and pepper (to taste)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On low heat, soften Neufchatel Cheese until it can be stirred easily. Stir the Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard and red onion into the cheese. Season cheese mixture with salt and pepper and stir in crab or lobster. Spoon mixture into greased baking dish (2 cups capacity) and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake mixture for 20-25 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Serve with Wasa Crackers, Pita Bread or Hearty Crackers.
