Wild Rice Casserole

12 oz. wild rice

1 1/2 sticks butter

1 1/2 cups onions, chopped

8 oz. mushrooms, chopped

1 1/2 cups almonds, chopped or slivered

4 1/2 cups chicken broth

Saute wild rice in butter for 30 minutes. Mix rice and remaining ingredients in a bowl and place in a greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serves 6-8.
