These Old Boots

I did a quick project this weekend. My sister gave me her husband’s old Red Wing boots to plant. I chose to use perennial sedum and hens and chicks. The only holes in the boots were some worn spots around the edges so I had to drill some drainage holes through the soles. I also cut one side of the tongue so I could fit more plants in it. I think they turned out pretty well! –Cathy
