Caramel Corn
In a large saucepan, cook the following ingredients together for two minutes:
1/2 lb. butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Use a two quart pan, because the mixture will foam. Place one bag of Puff Corn Curls into a large roaster. Pour mixture over the corn curls, stirring until well mixed. Place in a 250 degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour onto waxed paper to cool. Break apart.
