Chicken Skewers With Barbeque Sauce
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
Marinate Chicken In:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
Skewer chicken and grill until done. Serve with white barbeque sauce.
White Barbeque Sauce:
Makes 2 cups and keeps for 1 week in fridge.
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. creole mustard
1 Tsp. sugar
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tsp. prepared horseradish
Mix together and let blend in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. This can be thinned with 1/4 cup of water if it is too thick.
