Cinnamon Glazed Pecans
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan halves
1 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg white in a 1 Qt. bowl until stiff. Fold in water, then add pecans and stir well. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon. Sprinkle over pecans and mix well. Spread on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir to separate pecans. Cool. Store tightly covered.
