Corn Dip
2 (12 oz.) cans Mexican corn
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp. sugar
2 small green onions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Drain and rinse the corn. Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve with corn scoops.
