Cranberry Cake
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 cup raw cranberries, sliced
1 cup milk
Mix dry ingredients, add butter, cranberries and milk. Bake in two greased pie tins at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve warm with the following sauce:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Boil several minutes. Serve hot over cake.
