2 1/4 cups golden raisins

1 cup water

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 cups whole, fresh cranberries

1 Tbsp. grated orange peel

2 cups orange juice
2/3 cup sugar

In a saucepan, combine raisins, orange juice, water, lemon juice, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cranberries and simmer five minutes. Cool to room temperature. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to one month or in freezer up to one year.
