Nancy’s Cranberry Salad |

1 bag cranberries, chopped |
1- 10 1/2 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained |
1 bag mini marshmallows |
1/2 cup cugar |
1 cup whipping cream |

Mix together raw, washed and chopped cranberries, pineapple tidbits, and marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight. Whip cream with sugar and fold into cranberry mixture. Add chopped nuts, if desired. Recipe from Nancy Ellingson, Sargent’s long-time bookkeeper and friend. |
