Freezer Corn
25 to 30 ears of corn
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
Cut corn off the cob and put in large stockpot. Add just enough water, so that you can see it. Don’t overwater corn. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Run through strainer and cool immediately by putting in ice water. Save juice for the next batch or use when you freeze. You can do either way. Put in freezer bags and freeze flat. Enjoy!
