1 tsp. dry mustard |
1/2 tsp. dried basil |
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar |
3 Tbsp. maple syrup |
1 Tbsp. lemon juice |
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 cup olive oil |
1 1/4 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper |

In a medium bowl, stir together mustard and basil. Whisk in vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice and garlic. Gradually, whisk in olive oil and continue whisking until olive oil is well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. |
