Spray a 8″-9″ pan or casserole dish with Pam. Place boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs in bottom of the pan. Cover each piece with 1 piece of cheese of your choice. Dilute 1 can of Healthy Choice Cream Of Chicken Soup with 1 cup of white wine. Pour over chicken and cheese. Crush Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing over the top. Then drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at preheated 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
Serve with rice or pasta.
