Wine Glazed Tomatoes |

4 large tomatoes, sliced 1/4″ thick |
4 Tbsp butter |
2 Tbsp. brown sugar |
1/2 cup white wine |
ground pepper |
chopped fresh basil |
Combine sugar and butter in fyring pan. Stir until melted. Add tomatoes and cook 1-2 minutes on each side. Add wine and baste for 3 minutes. Serve with pepper and basil. |
