Arborist Crew Leader
Summary:
As an Arborist Crew Leader at Sargent’s, you will lead a crew to perform high-quality arboriculture work and be an influence on a larger landscape and garden center team to increase the company’s tree IQ.

You Have:
- A passion for a safe work culture
- A passion for quality work from yourself and your teammates
- A love for working with teammates and customers alike
- A minimum of 3 years of arboriculture experience and proficiency with climbing and bucket work
- ISA Certified Arborist
- MN-DOT Health Card or ability to obtain within 2 weeks
- A valid driver’s license and able to be insured on Sargent’s company insurance policy
- Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain within 2 months
