Jeremy is a Landscape Installation Supervisor and has been with Sargents for 12 years!
How did you get involved in the landscape industry?
My dad was a landscaper (and still is building hardscapes) so I was introduced to it at a young age. I joined the industry during my senior year of high school, however, I would pick up side projects ever since I was old enough to drive.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the challenges of each project. Every job is different, and it takes leadership and teamwork to complete each project. I enjoy teaching and watching crew members develop into potential leaders themselves.
As a professional, do you have any tips to share about landscaping?
Whether you’re a professional or a do-it-yourselfer, the importance of installing the project correctly the first time is much more rewarding and cost-effective in the long run.
